Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to take on a new challenge and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will provide assistance within the unit to ensure efficient and effective management of our patients by coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care that is evidence-based.

Northpark is a 127-bed facility with five operating theatres, providing a range of medical services including Maternity, Surgical & Medical, and Mental Health Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination of patient care and ensure seamless communication between healthcare teams
  • Provide support to the Peri-Operative Services Manager and ANUM team to ensure efficient management of patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care that meets national standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Sound clinical knowledge and experience in acute settings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
  • High degree of computer literacy, including MS Office and various databases

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package that includes:

$83,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
