Procurement and Supply Chain Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our supply chain operations in a leading healthcare company. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement and Supply Chain Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement administration, stock management for clinics, 3PL and supplier relationship management.
  • Coordinate logistics and stock takes, handle warehousing and transportation complaints and requests from internal team members.
  • Monitor and manage weekly STO orders, forecast additional stock changes, and arrange urgent deliveries to clinics.

We require a structured thinking ability, detail-oriented individual with strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and communication skills.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 5+ years' experience in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
  • Proven experience in cost saving initiatives and contract negotiation.
  • Experience managing 3PL service providers.
  • Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and knowledge of SAP system (desirable).
