About This Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support a high-performing team to drive results and foster growth.
  • Evaluate team performance and develop strategies to build deeper understanding of best practices when working with people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Translate program guidelines into compliant service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • Mentor clients to secure meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
  • Become an ambassador for our organisation's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

Essential Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
  • Experience in supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of disability legislation and labour market trends
  • Current Driver's License - essential
