Occupational Therapist Role for a Multidisciplinary Team

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This is a mobile role that involves providing evidence-based services to clients through various service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services.
The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy and be registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and developing interventions for children and adults with a range of disabilities
- Working within the NDIS to maximise client outcomes and improve their level of function, capacity, and social engagement
- Providing assistive technology assessments, recommendations, and applications as required
- Timely documentation and report writing
- Managing a varied caseload and meeting professional expectations
- Attending meetings, supervision, and personal development sessions as required
- Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources
- Working across leading software platforms and online tools

- A competitive salary package estimated at $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
