Contract Administrator: A Dynamic Opportunity

About the Role

We seek a skilled Contract Administrator to take on a challenging and rewarding role. This individual will work closely with our Contracts Director, reviewing contracts for risk and suitability.

The ideal candidate will have experience in reviewing construction contracts and collaborating with internal stakeholders on large bids and variations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing construction contracts for risk and suitability
  • Collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders on large bids and variations
  • Providing support to the Contracts Director in contract management
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in commercial or construction discipline
  • Experience in reviewing construction contracts
  • Building services contractor experience (desired)
  • Civil and cost consultancy experience (also considered)
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders

The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills. They should have a passion for contract administration and be looking for a stimulating and engaging role.
