Customer Experience Advisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end customer solutions and recommendations.
- Serve as the brand ambassador in our branch by interacting directly with customers.
- Promote and assist customers with digital banking services to meet their needs.
- Offer personal banking products and services with a customer-centric approach.
- Effectively manage customer feedback and inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences in banking, sales, hospitality or retail.
- Desire to develop financial expertise and advance career goals.
- Ability to comprehend and address individual customer needs.
- Passion for delivering top-notch customer service and making a positive impact.
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- The Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
