The primary purpose of this role is to maintain the integrity of electricity distribution networks in a safe, reliable, and affordable manner.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Study and interpret technical drawings and network line diagrams.
  • Undertake construction and maintenance of electricity distribution networks according to Company Policies, Quality Systems, and HSE procedures as well as statutory requirements.
  • Emergency response on high/low voltage distribution assets.

About You

The successful applicant will possess strong technical knowledge and experience working on overhead and underground line networks as well as exposure to external best practice methods in a comparable environment.

  • Hold a current VIC Electrical Licence and Cert III in line worker.
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence (heavy vehicle highly desirable).
  • White/Blue card.
  • The incumbent may be required to travel within the state, including overnight or longer stays as required and will conduct work outdoors in various types of weather.
