We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Fleet Conversions production unit.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, achieving planned yields, and implementing strategies for performance improvement in line with established operating standards.
- Develop and implement a service and quality strategy to support the business plan.
- Liaise with staff to achieve daily productions schedules and coordinate work for trades and trades assistants.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for developing performance.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the operating activities of the Fleet Conversions production unit.

- An excellent eye for detail and high level of organisation.
- A positive attitude, high degree of initiative, motivation, and good interpersonal skills.
