The Role

We're on the hunt for a passionate, energetic, and reliable barista to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident working in all areas of the cafe, with a particular focus on high quality, specialty coffee.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and providing warm, professional service
  • Taking orders, operating the POS system, and handling payments
  • Ensuring the highest standard of coffees and barista made beverages
  • Help lead other staff in our coffee making process and ensure procedures are upheld
  • Running food and clearing tables
  • Resetting tables, keeping the café clean and tidy
  • Restocking and general cleaning duties
  • Upholding Coffers' standards for service, quality, and presentation

About You

  • Previous café or hospitality experience, particularly in high volume coffee cafes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude and ability to multitask
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
  • Available to work across weekdays
