We are seeking an experienced Advanced Healthcare Professional to join our telemedicine team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care through convenient over-the-phone consultations.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional to make a real difference in people's lives. You will work autonomously, performing thorough assessments and crafting tailored treatment plans that meet each patient's individual needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide expert guidance and support to patients via phone consultations
- Prescribe medications as necessary and ensure accurate record-keeping
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Australia (AHPRA)
- The ability to prescribe Schedule 8 medication
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- A willingness to participate in ongoing education and training programs
