Rehabilitation Consultant Job Description

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare providers to facilitate a coordinated approach to client care. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans, conducting comprehensive assessments, and preparing detailed reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement rehabilitation plans tailored to clients' needs and goals.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' barriers to recovery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports and documentation for clients and stakeholders.

What We Offer:
