About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Speech Pathologist or experienced clinician to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Therapist. The role involves working with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types, providing assessments and interventions that include communication, swallowing, and augmentative and alternative communication.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and provide interventions to clients with various needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology (or related field)
  • Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) or eligible for registration
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain before commencement)
