**Salary Information**

The salary for this role will be in the range of $80,000 - $100,000 + superannuation, depending on experience. In addition, there is a bonus scheme in place that offers significant earning potential.

**Job Description**

This is an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our Canberra team. As a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work with a variety of customers, including Workers' Compensation, DVA, CTP, Life Insurance, and non-compensable injuries. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively managing a caseload of Same Employer clients
  • Performing Initial, Workplace, Functional, and Ergonomic Assessments
  • Attending case conferences and liaising with stakeholders to develop RTW plans
  • Building robust relationships with clients and generating repeat referrals

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a registered AHPRA Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or ESSA-Accredited Exercise Physiologist with eligibility to perform Workplace Rehab services under SIRA. You will also require 1 year+ of Workplace Rehab or Clinical experience and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
