About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Housing Officer to join our team at Gough Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive high-quality accommodation that meets state community housing standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and fulfill the accommodation needs of clients
  • Supervise and manage properties in accordance with internal processes and external compliance
  • Advise tenants on housing accommodation rules and requirements
  • Maintain accurate tenancy and property records
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Government or non-profit experience, or real estate property management experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with vulnerable client groups
  • Property Management registration is desirable, but not necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Current Drivers' License
