At Funlab, we're on the lookout for dynamic team members to join our Front of House team at Strike, Holey Moley and Archie Brothers in Fremantle, WA. As a key player in delivering unforgettable guest experiences, you'll be responsible for driving sales on every shift, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and taking pride in your venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and deliver exceptional guest experiences with top-tier service mindset
  • Drive sales through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
  • Maintain a well-stocked and safe venue at all times
What We're Looking For:
  • A unique passion for fun and energy to match
  • Customer service, hospitality or retail experience and a love for building customer rapport
  • A love of interacting with diverse guests - teens, kids and adults
  • Great availability, must be available on weekends and nights
  • A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them
