The Role

We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Guest Experience Managers. You will be responsible for:

  • Create and deliver exceptional guest experiences with your energy and top-tier service mindset
  • Drive sales on every shift – smash targets through upselling, product knowledge and proactive guest engagement
  • Understand daily goals and challenges, working with your team to succeed
  • Take pride in your venue, making sure it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times
