Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader Water Quality and Resources to lead our team in managing our Drinking Water Management systems and ensuring safe drinking water delivery for customers.

This leadership role requires operational system improvements related to drinking water compliance, strategy, and product quality management.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to manage NEW's Drinking Water Management systems and ensure the delivery of safe drinking water for customers.
  • Drive operational system improvements related to drinking water compliance, strategy and product quality management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience and knowledge relating to delivery of safe drinking water, including Quality Management systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and support your team to succeed.
  • Experience and knowledge relating to water resource management, for example monitoring of bulk entitlements and water trading.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of water treatment and reticulation processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written reporting skills, with the ability to customise reports for diverse audiences, including senior management, government agencies and the public.

Position Information
  • An attractive salary range of $104,078 to $116,623 plus 12% superannuation, depending on skills and experience. This is a full-time, ongoing position.
