Are you passionate about leading a team to deliver safe drinking water? We have an exciting leadership opportunity for a Team Leader Water Quality and Resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to manage NEW's Drinking Water Management systems and ensure the delivery of safe drinking water for customers.
  • Drive operational system improvements related to drinking water compliance, strategy and product quality management.

This is a full-time, ongoing position with an attractive salary range. You will also have opportunities for professional development and work-life balance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience and knowledge relating to delivery of safe drinking water, including Quality Management systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and support your team to succeed.
  • Experience and knowledge relating to water resource management, for example monitoring of bulk entitlements and water trading.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of water treatment and reticulation processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written reporting skills, with the ability to customise reports for diverse audiences.
