
Regional Operations Director

This is a key role in supporting the economy through warehouse and transport operations. We're looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to manage up to 40 staff across drivers, pickers, store persons, and other functions.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and support direct Supervisors and their teams across transport, picking, and stock control.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including dispatch, receipting, stock rotation, and compliance.
- Drive cultural improvement through coaching, clear communication, and consistent leadership.
- Coordinate stock movement, storage, and system receipting in partnership with the Stock Controller.
- Monitor and schedule vehicle and building maintenance.
- Manage site rostering, overtime tracking, and payroll reporting.
- Promote a safe, compliant, and audit-ready environment.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing large, diverse teams in fast-paced operations or warehouse environments. A natural coach and leader, they will be skilled in upskilling, mentoring, and getting the best out of their people. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
