Regional Operations Supervisor
We're looking an experienced and hands-on Regional Operations Supervisor to lead our regional operations, making sure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You'll be part of our Operations Management Team and the key link between our crews, the State Operations Manager, and our clients.
WHY JOIN US?
You'll be stepping into a role where no 2 days are the same.
One day you might be on-site checking in with crews, the next you're mapping out resources for a project or talking through plans with a client.
You'll work with a team that has each other's backs, values your input, and takes pride in doing the job well.
And you'll have the freedom to make improvements that make a difference.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Oversee daily operations in your region to keep projects on track
Allocate equipment and crew, manage scheduling, and monitor hours to support safety and fatigue management
Lead, coach, and support your team, including training and performance reviews
Make sure WHS, environmental, and quality standards are met on every job
Manage equipment upkeep, repairs, and maintenance
Oversee job planning, procurement, and documentation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Address underperformance and support staff development in line with company processes
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're after someone who knows the civil construction industry (at least 3 years) and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
You're very competent at organising people and projects, you can spot a problem before it turns into an issue, and you're confident leading a team.
Safety and quality are second nature to you, and you can communicate just as well with a crew on-site as you can in a meeting with clients or senior management
Other requirements are:
Current Manual Driver's Licence, White Card, and Level 2 First Aid with CPR.
Ability to gain TasRail Track Safety Awareness, TasNetworks Instructed Persons accreditation, and HC licence if not already held.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
You'll be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate.
You'll have the support from a collaborative, hands-on leadership team.
You'll work on a mix of projects that will challenge and stretch your skills, with plenty of opportunities to keep learning along the way.
Wellness incentive to support your health and wellbeing.
READY TO GET STARTED?
If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering great results, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply now with your resume and cover letter.
Applications close Friday 12 September 2025.
