Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and Verify Shipments: Daily review of the Cargo Receiving Log to ensure accurate and correct information.
  • Delivery and Recovery: In charge of delivering and recovering shipments to and from the airport, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
  • Vehicle Security: Responsible for securing the vehicle while waiting to tender cargo at the airline terminal or conducting a pick-up at a site for a client.
  • Documentation and Labeling: Responsible for reviewing and verifying documentation, labeling, and markings as included with each shipment.
  • Temperature Control: Responsible for replenishing with the proper weight of dry ice on those shipments that require dry ice, as well as those that require Gel packs for temperature chain of custody.
  • Scanning and Packaging: Responsible for scanning, packaging, and labeling In-bound shipments before tendering for final destination, either domestic or international shipping.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Responsible for keeping the Vehicle Log up to date, including mileage and initial inspection before loading cargo for TSA compliance.
  • Additional Duties: Responsible for performing other duties as required to help the Operations Team complete daily tasks.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school education or GED.
  • Experience: 1 year of professional delivery driving experience.
