Job Responsibilities

As a Head of Analytics, you will:

  • Develop advanced analytics strategies within the supply chain domain, focusing on initiatives like digital twins and supply chain control tower implementations.
  • Lead a balanced approach to strategy combining big-picture vision with detailed analysis, empowering the team to tackle initiatives with depth and flexibility.
  • Manage data and analytics professionals to develop data products supporting key business decision-making processes in the supply chain.
  • Drive process digitalization efforts, particularly in PO digitalization, to enhance operational efficiency and streamline supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Australia and Asia to optimize costs, improve inventory management, and enhance product availability.
  • Work closely with the IT team to assess and implement future systems and design architectures aligning with our goals and requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience leading complex analytics initiatives within the supply chain space, including digital twins and supply chain control towers.
  • Proficiency in process digitalization, particularly in areas like PO digitalization, to drive operational improvements.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different regions and functions.
  • Ability to partner with the IT team to evaluate and implement future systems and architectures enhancing supply chain operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in fostering a data-driven culture and promoting innovation through analytics.
