About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Health Support Officer to join our Disability and Complex Care team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex health care needs and/or disabilities to access educational settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide health support to students with complex health care needs and/or disabilities
  • Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Establish positive relationships with clients, families, and caregivers
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and policy requirements
  • Identify and manage emergency situations using established procedures
