About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Medical Workforce Unit as a Medical Workforce Recruitment Officer. This role will provide administrative support for various tasks, including junior medical officer recruitment, onboarding new doctors, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for junior medical officer recruitment, including processing recruitment episodes and onboarding new doctors.
  • Assist with rostering, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Cover for other Medical Workforce Unit officers in times of leave or absence.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in human resource administration and recruitment, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer-based software packages, including Health Roster, StaffLink, and Microsoft Office products.
