Job Opportunity

A dynamic and ambitious legal professional is required to join our Superannuation team within the Investment Funds practice.

The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including regulatory investigations, litigation, trustee governance, remediation projects, superannuation fund transformation initiatives, specialized advice work, and successor fund transfers.

We are seeking an individual with 2-6 years of legal experience gained within a top-tier firm or a combination of top-tier and in-house experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a commercial approach, and strong analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting regulatory investigations and litigation
  • Managing trustee governance and administration matters
  • Executing remediation projects
  • Liaising with stakeholders on superannuation fund transformation initiatives
  • Providing specialized advice on complex matters
  • Coordinating successor fund transfers

The following qualifications are preferred:

  • Superannuation expertise
  • Corporate/Investment Funds knowledge
