We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our gelato shop in Brunswick East. As a customer-focused individual, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their experience is both enjoyable and memorable.

About the Role
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer experiences, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to food safety practices and ensuring the highest standards of hygiene.
  • Stock Management: Monitor stock levels, restocking as necessary to maintain an optimal supply of gelato products.
Requirements
  • Able to work in excess of 28 hours per week
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
