Something Sweet is a brand new Cafe which has recently opened up in Footscary, due to it's growing popularity we are searching for fun, energetic, welcoming and experienced barista's/all-rounder's to join our diverse team.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Greeting clients, visitors and staff members in a friendly manner and taking beverage and food orders
- Preparing and serving beverage and food orders
- Answering questions about menu options
- Updating menu board with foods and beverages which are available each day.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the reception, coffee bar and waiting area
- Restocking and ordering items
- Adhere to recipes and presentation of food items and beverages.
- Follow covid-19 safety precautions.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, machines and kitchen equipment.
- Must adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Opening and closing the store

Essential Criteria:

- Must have minimum 1+ year experience in coffee service industry or a similar role.
- Must be available to work various hours and days depending on the company's needs
- Experience in customer service industry
- Experienced and confident managing restock orders.
- Friendly, outgoing, welcoming and engaging.
- Tidy and self-disciplined
- Punctual and reliable

Desired:

- Experience in coffee art
- Bilingual

**Salary**: $22.16 - $27.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Rotating roster
