Job Description

This role involves developing and managing ongoing relationships with influencers and stylists across the fashion market. You will be responsible for securing partnerships that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions, as well as proactively identifying and pitching creative influencer campaigns.

In addition to campaign execution and events, you will support influencer activations and gifting strategies tied to major campaigns, collaborate on launch and in-person events to build relationships, and assist with ideation and roll-out of unique PR stunts and experiential activations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage ongoing relationships with influencers and stylists across the fashion market.
  • Secure partnerships that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Proactively identify and pitch creative influencer campaigns.
  • Support influencer activations and gifting strategies tied to major campaigns.
  • Collaborate on launch and in-person events to build relationships.
  • Assist with ideation and roll-out of unique PR stunts and experiential activations.
  • Help oversee media relations and pitch brand stories to key media contacts.
  • Cultivate strong media relationships with fashion editors and journalists.
  • Manage the PR calendar in alignment with the marketing strategy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a PR or influencer marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering measurable influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in-house at a fashion brand or in a PR/media agency.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Background in managing influencer contract negotiations.
