Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support at our Adelaide office.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and colleagues, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing visitor access and coordinating meeting room bookings
  • Providing administrative assistance and maintaining accurate records
  • Compiling new starter packs and processing employee requests
  • Booking catering and arranging courier services as needed
  • Purchasing stationery and managing accounts in an efficient manner

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Australian citizenship and eligibility for defence security clearance
  • Previous experience in corporate services or reception work
  • Excellent administration skills and proficiency in computer software
