  • Analyzing traffic data using Excel and SIDRA Intersection modeling software.
  • Preparing comprehensive traffic impact assessments for private and public infrastructure projects.
  • Conducting site inspections to gather information on road environments, traffic conditions, and road safety.
  • Assessing and providing design advice for intersection and parking layouts.
  • Compiling and analyzing crash data.
  • Undertaking thorough road safety assessments.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in traffic and transportation engineering, with familiarity with analytical software packages like SIDRA.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex traffic issues effectively.
  • Experience working in consulting or government environments.
  • A good understanding of industry standards, trends, and legislation.
  • A positive attitude to learn and develop technical skills.
