Traffic Management Operations Lead

Supervise and manage traffic control operations on major infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive traffic management plans in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  • Oversee the coordination and deployment of traffic control teams and equipment.
  • Maintain effective communication and liaison with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Manage project budgets and resources to achieve timely and within-budget completion.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our traffic control services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in traffic control and management, with a focus on major infrastructure projects.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in civil engineering, traffic management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of traffic management regulations and standards in Victoria.
  • Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of traffic management software and tools.
  • Current Victorian driver's license and relevant traffic management certifications.
