Job Title: Course Advisor

A leading institution dedicated to fostering academic excellence and providing a transformative educational experience seeks a dynamic individual to join their internal team culture. The ideal candidate will support prospective and current students by guiding them through the enrollment process, driving course recruitment efforts, and promoting the university's programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the institution's broad range of products to prospective students, including those who visit the campus.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team by providing timely feedback and results of enquiries and marketing communication.
  • Manage on-campus information sessions, both on campus and online, and attend open days to provide information to prospective students.
  • Develop relationships with existing students to promote the institution's products.

Requirements:

  • Previous training and 3-5 years' experience in sales (and marketing).
  • Previous experience in the education sector, including recruitment of international students.
  • Knowledge of the ESOS Act, Regulations, and National Code.
  • Knowledge and working use of a sales-based CRM such as Active Campaign.
