Land Access and Agreement Specialist

This role supports the team in securing land access for renewable and cleaner energy projects. Prepare and negotiate agreements with landowners and their representatives.
- Develop and execute strategies and plans to secure land access.
- Prepare and deliver agreements to gain and maintain access.
- Manage contracts and execute governance relating to land access agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and provide advice on legislative or contract issues and risks.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strategic and tactical communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relationship-building and maintenance skills.
- Problem-solving and solution-focused mindset.
- Facilitation and collaboration skills.
