Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Mental Health Specialist, you will provide recovery-focused clinical services including assessment, care coordination, intervention, liaison, and review as part of a multidisciplinary team for individuals with mental illness, distress, or risk issues.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized plans to promote their well-being.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals
- Developing and implementing treatment plans that address client needs and goals
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the treatment process
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
