Our Current Vacancy

We are seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at our Caloundra store on a part-time basis. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, identifying customers' needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will be expected to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze customer needs and identify suitable products and services to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and product launches through ongoing training and development
