About the Role

We're seeking a confident and knowledgeable individual who can work as part of our team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sharing your knowledge about our services and the latest gadgets we have on offer;
  • Chatting to customers about international roaming offers to best suit their travel needs;
  • Kitting up customers with wireless devices to keep them connected on the go;

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of people, using different approaches to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. You'll be passionate about retail and committed to delivering a unique, memorable experience to every customer who enters our store.
