Speech Pathologist Opportunity in Mount Isa

The role of a Speech Pathologist involves working with clients to identify and address speech, language, learning, and communication disorders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer standardised assessments to determine the nature and extent of speech, language, learning, and communication disorders or swallowing difficulties.
  • Provide treatment and management for speech, language, learning, and communication disorders, including ongoing therapy.
  • Deliver family centred early childhood intervention strategies.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with relevant state/territory health department.
  • Experience in assessing and treating children and adults with speech, language, learning, and communication disorders.
