Job Overview

This role encompasses the responsibility of ensuring external contractors comply with contractual obligations and requirements.

The position involves managing relationships with contracting companies and stakeholders to deliver works effectively and efficiently, adhering to specified standards.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure external contractors working on behalf of our organization comply fully with Contract Management Framework and all contractual compliance obligations and requirements.
  • Carry out duties as Superintendent's Representative in accordance with AS4000, AS4902, and AS4906 contracts.
  • Guarantee a high level of compliance to, and consistent application of, the Contract Management Framework, including reporting any contractor breach.
  • Complete constructability review of contracted work packages prior to Contract execution.
  • Manage schedule focusing on critical path.

Deliver outsourced works effectively and efficiently to meet full contractual compliance, prioritizing:

  • Site-specific safety management.
  • Site-specific environmental management.
  • Quality assurance.

The ideal candidate possesses relevant trade qualifications in electrical and/or civil disciplines, engineering, or HSE. They should have at least 5-6+ years of experience in power and/or heavy industry planning, construction, operation, commissioning, and maintenance.

A strong understanding of contract management and execution is essential, along with best practice knowledge and experience in safety management, occupational health, workplace assessing, incident and hazard investigation, and emergency response.

Candidates must also be able to manage conflict resolution and public and stakeholder relations, with proven experience in performing Constructability reviews on design packages.
