Risk Management Professional
Drive proactive risk management at every level of the organisation. You will partner with all divisions to ensure effective risk management practices and meet regulatory, legislative, and compliance requirements.
The role will manage potential loss to the business by conducting Business Impact Assessments and working with relevant business areas in ensuring they have up-to-date BCPs including development and implementation of a testing program. You will provide assistance in coordinating crisis simulation exercises including updating the Crisis Management Plan and manage and administer the fraud analytic platform on behalf of the Group including provision of support to the business and training and ensuring Enterprise Risk system is up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, advance, and implement the company's Risk Management Framework
- Partner with all divisions to ensure effective risk management practices
- Manage potential loss to the business through Business Impact Assessments
- Coordinate crisis simulation exercises and update the Crisis Management Plan
- Manage and administer the fraud analytic platform
Requirements:
- Tertiary degree qualifications in Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in risk management
- Demonstrated prior experience with ISO 31000:2018
- Experience in risk management, compliance, and audit frameworks
- Ability to interpret legislation and an understanding of compliance frameworks
- Confidence in preparing Board papers/business cases
- Ability to build relationships with people at all levels
