About the Role

This role seeks to provide technical assistance, project management and support on Civil projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of tender documentation & submission.
  • Review project drawings, reports and specifications.
  • Plan and manage the construction of the works including selection of subcontractors, suppliers, plant and equipment.
  • Provide technical assistance to project teams.
  • Liaison with the client, subcontractors and suppliers and coordinate the works delivery.
  • Work closely with and manage positively the project team.
  • Manage all related construction works.
  • Prepare and implement project plans and documents for use onsite to client's satisfaction.
  • Prepare the project program, track updates and manage delays and client notifications.
  • Manage the project financials including budgets, cost tracking, and monthly forecast preparation and presentation.
  • Manage works to Ace's systems, policies and procedures.
  • Carry out other duties as required or requested.

Skills and Experience

  • Hands-on Project Engineer/Project Manager experience in civil projects.
  • Experience leading a team, including on-site employees.
  • Experience in compliance to HSEQ docs.
  • Sound knowledge of industry practices and standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
