- About the Role
As a Senior Estimator at Duratec Australia, you will play a key role in developing accurate cost estimates for Defence sector tenders. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing and presenting tenders for major construction projects across Australia.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and develop accurate cost estimates, including cost escalation analysis.
- Compile accurate material quantity take-offs to develop bills of quantities.
- Support the preparation and development of construction methodologies, programs, and submission documentation.
- Develop estimates from first principles.
- Review and validate subcontractor pricing across all service disciplines.
- About You
You will bring a strong background in engineering and resource industries, with prior experience in the Defence sector, new build, and construction remediation. Your financial and commercial acumen, along with excellent interpersonal skills, will enable you to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
