Home Care Physiotherapist Role

We're seeking an experienced Home Care Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical governance team, you'll be responsible for spearheading development and evolution in home care services.

As a Home Care Physiotherapist, you'll contribute to providing high-quality care to patients in their own homes. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing effective treatment plans that cater to individual patient needs.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients in their own homes
  • Contribute to the development of effective clinical governance strategies
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical governance team to drive forward-thinking initiatives
  • Provide high-quality care to patients, prioritizing their safety and well-being
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Current/eligibility AHPRA registration
  • Current driver's licence
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Current NDISWC & WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
