Home Care Physiotherapist Role

As a Home Care Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in delivering physiotherapy services to clients in their homes. This rewarding position offers opportunities for professional growth and meaningful impact.

This role is ideal for experienced physiotherapists who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will work collaboratively with the Clinical Governance Team to drive development and improvement, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy services within Home Care Packages
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Governance Team to drive development and improvement
  • Support clients to achieve functional goals and independence in the home setting
Requirements:
  • A degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
  • Current/eligible AHPRA registration
  • Current driver's licence
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
