
Palliative Care Physiotherapist

As a Palliative Care Physiotherapist, you will be working with patients and their families to provide holistic care. This role involves collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to address the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of those in our care.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes. You will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
You will have excellent clinical skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role- Provide palliative care physiotherapy services to patients in their own homes.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to address the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in community palliative care context.
- Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
