Job Profile

Position Overview:

A seasoned finance professional with expertise in loan syndication is required to spearhead our structured credit syndication strategy in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pricing, structuring and underwriting loan products originated in Australia/New Zealand, including non-flow and flow loan products.
  • Collaborating with origination business lines throughout the origination process on client-facing activities, including pitching and marketing.
  • Initiating and pushing non-flow/flow credit products sales to investors as part of primary and extended primary syndication processes.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics or business.
  • At least six years of experience in investment banking, preferably in a loan syndicate role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business lines and teams.
