Financial Credit Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Credit Specialist to join our team at Wetherill Park. Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will be responsible for investigating and raising credit requests relating to disputed invoices and play a vital role in ensuring effective cash flow management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collating required documents from all systems to support pending credit requests
- Rejecting invalid credit requests
- Raising valid credit requests
- Uploading credit requests along with supporting documentation into required systems
- Closing off processes once pending credit requests are finalised
- Maintaining accurate records
- Providing expert advice on billing queries
- Responding promptly to client and internal enquiries
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least one year's experience working in accounts receivable
- Able to build relationships and negotiate at all levels
- Possess a good understanding of Excel and Word
- Experience of dealing with clients at all levels
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer-orientated and liaise with internal staff and customers in a professional and pleasant manner
