Transforming a technology organization is crucial for its success in delivering tech-enabled outcomes to the business. This involves planning and executing Agile transformation, while providing strategic and practical change management.
The Technology Transformation Manager role is responsible for leading initiatives that drive Technical Excellence in the way IDP delivers tech-enabled outcomes to the business.
This full-time permanent opportunity is based out of our corporate headquarters in Melbourne, where you will report directly to the head of Group Head, Technology Management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Buidling the change capability of the Technology organisation by designing and structuring a long-running body of work to uplift the organisation's collective change capability.
- Executing implementation initiatives to the planned roadmap, contributing a Change Management lens to the planning of the Technology Organisation transformation.
- Bringing a people-oriented outcome focus to the implementation of technologies organisational, and process changes and ways of working.
- Working with Technology leaders to prepare impactful communications and material to assist meeting Technology's agenda within and outside the organisation.
- Making it easy for Technology organisation employees and general IDP employees to access the Technology related information they need to fulfill their role.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have highly proficient skills in designing and executing organisational and initiative level change. You should also possess excellent communication skills and experience in establishing a Change capability and designing and executing an organisational change capability uplift.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to support technology transformation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs and communication plans.
- Assess and identify areas for improvement in current processes and procedures.
- Design and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their change management skills.
Requirements
- Highly proficient skills in designing and executing organisational and initiative level change.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in establishing a Change capability and designing and executing an organisational change capability uplift.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs and communication plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and identify areas for improvement in current processes and procedures.
