As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving customer growth by combining deep product knowledge, customer-centric communication, and consultative selling to match customers with the right vehicle subscription solution.

About the Role

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all vehicle subscription packages and related products.
  • Continuously update your knowledge base with new features and updates to ensure accurate representation to customers.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best fit their requirements.
  • Guide customers through the decision-making process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
  • Ensure vehicle displays, marketing collateral, and digital tools are up to date and engaging.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and opportunities.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding sales practices and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a customer-facing retail, sales, or customer service role.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and vehicle technology (desirable).
  • A full unrestricted Australian Driver's License (must have).
  • Comfortable commuting to our South Melbourne hub daily.
  • Able to work weekends as required.
