Key Roles and Responsibilities:

The Commercial Lead will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align pricing strategies accordingly.

They will monitor and evaluate pricing performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending adjustments as needed.

Additionally, the Commercial Lead will design and develop pricing models for tender submissions, harmonised with accurate revenue and profitability projections.

  • Gather, analyse, and interpret large datasets to extract meaningful insights related to pricing and profitability.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance pricing effectiveness and efficiency.

For this role, candidates should have a proven experience in commercial pricing analysis, modelling, and strategy development within multi-geographic businesses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated analytical capability and sound commercial acumen.
  • Strong ability to work in an agile environment where we aim to disrupt in order to optimise and improve.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex pricing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Quantity Surveying, Economics, Law or a related field.
