As a Senior Manager at an esteemed early learning institution, you will utilize your expertise and leadership abilities to motivate and inspire your team, driving continuous improvement across all aspects of centre operations.
  1. Support the Centre Director in leading the team to deliver high-quality early learning and care
  2. Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  3. Be responsible for managing the centre when the Centre Director is absent
  4. Implement best practices as outlined in our institutional guide
